Shipping & Returns

- You must request your exchange or return and send back to us your unwanted item(s) within 14-days after receiving your order.
- If you wish to make a return outside this timeframe, please contact us and we will review your request. If your request is approved, you will receive a store credit for the value of the item(s) only.
- To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with all original tags, labels, dust bags, or any other item that is considered as an integral part of the product.
- Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We refund the value of the item(s) only, and exchange for the same item(s) based on stock availability.
- Item(s) marked as ‘Final Sale’ at the time of the purchase cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Item(s) received as a gift, can be exchanged or returned for store credit for the same
value it was originally purchased. - If you need to exchange your item(s) for different size, color or something else, please place your return for a store credit first, then place another order using the store credit we issue to your account.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), and inspect that items are eligible for exchange or return, we will send you an email confirmation that the return has been accepted and store credit or refund will be issued accordingly.
- If the exchanged or returned item(s) does not meet our policy, we will inform you of the proposed reduction to be applied prior to refund and we will explain the reasons for the reduced value. Alternatively, you may choose to return the item(s) back to you at your own expense.

- Domestic Returns are covered by our free return policy within the Continental United States.
- International Returns will be at your own expense and must be returned to us from the same country it was delivered to. If you return your items from a different destination, additional charges might apply and order will experience delays in customs.

- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- For approved returns, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If your approved return is towards store credit, we will immediately show the
credit on your account that you have created with us. - If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please send us an email to customersupport@ateliermodist.com
